German couple Wildenhain started their own workshop/atelier 't Kruikje' in Putten, Holland in 1933.Mark/backstamp: see picture, little crock. Between 1918-1930: Lilliputter.

Franz Rudolf Wildenhain and Marguerite Wildenhain-Friendlaender started in 1933 atelier 't Kruikje' in Putten, hand turned/thrown holow-ware ceramics, vases, plates and dinner sets in hard pottery with calmly shades of glaze, often with engraved, notched and painted abstract decorations.

Sgrafitto-decoration in the 1930s with geometrical and natural motifs. Produced together lots of pottery dinnerware and drink sets with turned rim decoration, flat cover-knobs on brown clay covered with grey half transparant glaze. After establishment of Franz in Amsterdam (1940) pots with relief decoration. In 1947 moved to Guerneville, California, USA, started pottery factory/atelier 'Pond Farm Pottery'
