Jaap Gidding was a decorative art designer, worked half 1920's as designer of decorative pottery at the Decorative Art Department of Pottery Factory Zuid Holland, serial production of (cover) vases & decors.

Worked also for Regina, Goedewaagen & De Porceleyne Fles. Tile-sceneries & wallplates. Influenced by Colenbrander. Actually made & designed wall-paintings & carpets for Tuschinski Theatre in Amsterdam. Mark/backstamp: signed with big J and G.
